5 Vampire Series On My TBR

Hey guys! Happy Halloween!! Hope you are all finding something fun and spooky to do in this crazy year. ๐Ÿ™‚ I think we are going to stay home and watch Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin, which is a yearly tradition. I’m adding The Nightmare Before Christmas to my list, because I have actually never seen it, and I need to make up my mind about the debate, lol.

Anyway, on to the actual topic of this post. I have reviewed seven Vampire-y books this week, four of which were from a series. But there are still so many I want to read! I did want to finish up the Week of the Vampires series with a TBR list, and since this coincides with the Top 5 series topic, it worked out perfectly! Top 5 is a weekly series started by Devouring books. You can see her post here.

So, here are my five vampire series (es) I still want to try.

  1. The Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead

This is a major one. I think I started it once, but lost interest when there was no romance early on. Hopefully my patience has grown since then, lol.

2. House of Night series by P.C. Cast

Marked by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast book cover image.

This one looks so interesting! Plus, I feel like P.C. Cast is a must-read author, and I’ve never actually read any of her books. I need to get one that. ๐Ÿ˜€

3. The Immortals series by Alyson Noel

Alyson Noel is another author I really want to read from. The synopsis (es) of her books look so interesting! Evermore especially intrigues me, since obviously I can’t resist books about vampires. ๐Ÿ™‚

4. The Last Vampire series by Christopher Pike

Thirst No. 1 by Christopher Pike book cover image.

I stumbled on this in my local bookstore, and it intrigued me. For one thing, I’m not used to the girl being the vampire. That alone is enough to draw me in, lol.

5. The Clann series by Melissa Darnell

Crave by Melissa Darnell book cover image.

Ok, weird story with this one. I picked up book two in my bookstore, and the description totally sucked me in. Obviously, I have to start with book one though.

Are any of these on you guys’ TBR? Have any favorites on this list?

Well, that was fun! Happy Halloween, you guys! Hope you get to spend some quality time with your family and have fun!

  1. I read Evermore in 2011 (I think?) and I remember liking it. The covers are pretty cool too. I think the first one is my favorite though. One vampire trilogy that I especially love is Haven by Kristi Cook! I have read and re-read it quite a few times now. You might like it. ๐Ÿ˜Š

    1. Yes, I’m pretty late to the party with Evermore, lol. The covers are very cool, which is part of the draw if I’m being honest. ๐Ÿ˜€ And Haven looks so good! I’ll have to check it out. ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you for the recommendation!

      1. Better late than never!๐Ÿ˜Š I was only mentioning the date that I read it because I didn’t want to be misleading about liking it – if that makes any sense. I remember liking it was but it was just a while ago. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I hope you like it when you read it! Same for Haven, too. You’re very welcome!
